  • ​They will prepare all documentation required in order to submit your home to the Ottawa Real Estate Board
  • Install either a manual lockbox or ibox depending on the location. (iboxes are often not accessible in some poor reception areas)
  • ​Prepare quality feature sheets both branded and non branded as well as a non branded virtual tour (non branded allows other Brokers to share the tour with their clients)
  • Lawn sign installed
  • Schedule first Open House (yes they work)
  • Schedule and qualify all request for showings 
  • Follow up on feedback from showings and forward to you the client
  • Prepare and review with you all offers on your home or the home you are submitting an offer on
  • Determine where a buyer is likely to come from and target those areas or demographics. Ex: A townhome owner is not likely the buyer for your townhome.  However a condo owner likely is
